Fundamentals of Aviation Science is a quality online course designed for high school students. The course will be available in 2003, in celebration of 100 years of flight and the 50th anniversary of the Experimental Aircraft Association. The year 2003 marks the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brothers’ first flight at Kill Devil Hill, near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.

Aviation has a remarkable ability to excite students about math and science subject areas. The course provides strong math and science learning with practical applications in a variety of areas.
